General Site Issues
Try,
- Refreshing the page (CTRL+R) 🔄
- If on desktop, installing the desktop app
Stuck on loading
- Use the desktop app: some browsers may not work properly with Hyperbeam
- Change the server location. The server location attemps to be closest to the host by default, but subscribers can manually change region
- If you're still facing issues, you can click "Report Issue" send a report to get help from an admin

Poor Connection
You might occasionally see yourself or a friend display a "Poor Connection" indicator:

Here are a few steps that can be take to mitigate the issue:
- Move closer to your router if you're using WiFi
- Use the desktop app: that may improve the stream quality
- Increase your playout delay
- Decrease the bitrate (only the owner can change the bitrate)
- Check that your internet is at least 5 Mbps here
