Giving members of your room the Moderator role allows them to:

• Take control without requesting permission
• Kick and ban members
• Delete messages of other members

To make a user a moderator, you need to:

1. Navigate to your room
2. Click the "..." icon to open a menu: click on the "Room settings" button
3. Go to the "Members" section
4. Find the user you want to promote, and click the "..." to open a menu
5. Click "Change Role" and select "Moderator"
